Be A Coach
Coaching rugby can be an enjoyable way to engage with the game and give back to community. However, it requires dedication and the best coaches take their role very seriously - just witness our own Wildcats coaching staff.
Starting as an assistant coach is manageable for most parents, and we always need additional dedicated people to help out. Assistant coaches are required to take a short formal course frequently offered by our regional association.
Please contact the Director of Rugby, or the Director of Youth Rugby, if you would like to explore coaching at the Wildcats Rugby Club.
NCYRA has a page that details upcoming coaching training programs that are required before you can qualify to coach youth rugby.
